Installation on Windows

You can download the Windows version here.
Dictionary management can be handled via the GUI (alternatively the files at C:\Users\Current_Username\AppData\Local\plover\ can be edited by hand).
Plover can be enabled or disabled from the GUI or also via keystrokes.
The Plover control commands to enable, disable, etc. are listed on this Wiki in the Plover Meta-Commands section of the Plover Cheat Sheet.
